Brian Ledell - Of Counsel

Brian Ledell is a patent attorney with extensive experience relating to patenting electronic technology and computer hardware and software. Mr. Ledell has additionally been involved in analyzing electronic and computer related patents for infringement and validity and in negotiating and drafting licenses for patents.

Before joining Harrity Snyder, LLP, Mr. Ledell worked as an associate at the law firm of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, & Dunner, and later at Pillsbury, Madison, & Sutro (now Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw, Pittman, LLP). Mr. Ledell is also a former Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. At the Patent Office, Mr. Ledell examined patent applications in the area of computer instruction processing and computer networking.
