James M. Olsen - Partner

James Olsen is a former U.S. Patent Examiner in an electrical practice group and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He was an engineer with IBM Corporation for four years where he gained experience in semiconductor processing technology, electrical control systems, and control system software. He has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of electrical and mechanical patent applications for foreign and domestic clients, both in the United States and in foreign countries. Mr. Olsen also has extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property litigation, opinions, and counseling.
