Kenneth Lesch - Of Counsel
Mr. Lesch's practice includes preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, validity and infringement opinions, and client counseling. His practice focuses on the technical areas of analog circuits, telecommunications, electro-mechanical dynamics, and software.
Mr. Lesch has extensive experience in handling patent matters for high-technology companies. He draws on his litigation experience to prepare and prosecute patents with an eye towards enforcement. Before joining Harrity Snyder, Mr. Lesch was an attorney with the intellectual property law firm of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, where he was a member of two trial teams litigating patents before the International Trade Commission. Mr. Lesch’s litigation experience also includes deposing expert witnesses and preparing expert reports. While in law school, Mr. Lesch interned for the Honorable Randall R. Rader at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Lesch gained three years of technical experience working for Lockheed Martin, in addition to serving internships with GE Aerospace and IBM. While at Lockheed, Mr. Lesch modeled and simulated engagement algorithms for a missile defense project and designed analog test circuits for manufacturing quality control.
