Robin C. Clark - Associate

Rob Clark is a patent attorney with experience in many areas of patent law, including patent preparation and prosecution, opinion work and client counseling. Mr. Clark's experience covers a variety of electrical and electromechanical, computer-related and mechanical technologies, including computer hardware and software, business methods, telecommunications, computer networking, and Internet-related technologies. Mr. Clark has rendered numerous validity and infringement opinions in the fields of video display technology, computer networking and business methods.

Prior to joining Harrity Snyder, L.L.P, Mr. Clark was formerly an associate with Hunton & Williams L.L.P. Mr. Clark is also a former Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. At the Patent Office, Mr. Clark examined patent applications in the areas of measuring devices and computer encryption.
