Tony M. Cole - Partner
Tony Cole is a patent attorney with considerable experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications relating to telecommunications, optics, computer software, semiconductor processing and Internet-related inventions. Mr. Cole has represented domestic and international companies, both large and small. Mr. Cole's practice has included patent preparation, patent prosecution, opinion work and client counseling.
Mr. Cole formerly worked as a law clerk at the firm of Burns, Doane, Swecker & Mathis, L.L.P.
Mr. Cole is a former Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. At the Patent Office, Mr. Cole examined patent applications in the areas of electrical test and measurement, computer networking and object-oriented software.
